Active work off

What it means

Active work is switched off for the organisation, so work cannot be declared there.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• Active work is off for acme; an owner turns it on under Build & deploy > Active work.

What to do

Ask an owner of the organisation to turn Active work on (Build & deploy › Active work, or PUT /orgs/{org}/active-work/settings with {"enabled": true}), then retry.
