Bench not running

What it means

The action only applies to a bench that is running, and this bench is not. Nothing was queued.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• The bench is suspended. Only a running bench holds a git credential to rotate; a suspended one has none, and its next wake mints a fresh one.

What to do

Nothing, if the bench is suspended: it holds no live credential, and its next wake issues a new one. If it is resuming, wait until it is running and retry.
