What it means

The request conflicts with the resource’s current state.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• An environment named “{name}” already exists.
• An environment named “{name}” already exists.
• An endpoint named “{name}” already exists.

What to do

Re-read current state and reconcile before retrying: the resource changed, or already exists.
