What it means

You asked for a data export with package contents, and your org’s package contents exceed the 50 GiB self-service limit. Nothing was queued.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

  • The package contents of this organisation exceed the 50 GiB self-service limit for a data export. Contact support@frem.sh for an assisted export, or request the export without package contents. Measured: {size} GiB.

What to do

Request the export without package contents (omit include_packages); that export is not affected by this limit. For the package files, contact support@frem.sh for an assisted export. See Full data export.
