What it means

The request was malformed, or a field failed validation.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

{f} must be a boolean.
max_pat_lifetime_days must be null or one of {[…VALID_PAT_LIFETIMES].join(’, ‘)}.
audit_full_payload_retention_days must be one of {[…VALID_AUDIT_RETENTION_DAYS].join(’, ‘)}.

Correct the field value - detail names what was wrong.
