What it means

A SAST rule’s id is missing or malformed.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

id: 2 to 63 characters, lower-case letters, digits and hyphens, starting with a letter or digit.

Use an id of lower-case letters, digits and hyphens. Findings carry it as custom/<id>.
