Policy version conflict

What it means

The package policy changed since you read it. Every write carries the version you read; a write against an older version is refused so two editors cannot silently overwrite each other.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• The package policy is at version 4; you sent version 3.

What to do

Read the policy again with GET /orgs/{org}/package-policy, re-apply your change to what it returns, and send the new version.
