Takedown exists

What it means

The digest already has an open dependency-proxy takedown: one that is requested and waiting for an operator, or active. There is at most one open takedown per digest. Nothing was recorded. Operator API only.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• sha256:… already has an open takedown (…, requested). Read it with GET /operator/dependency-proxy/takedowns/….

What to do

Read the open takedown named in detail and hand its approve_url to the operator, or withdraw your own request first if you need a new one with a different reason.
