What it means

You already have the maximum number of open event streams and waiting long polls (16 per person, across all your sessions and agents), or the server is at its own limit.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

You already have the maximum number of open event streams and waiting long polls. Share one connection between your sessions, or close one.
This server has too many open event streams; retry shortly.

What to do

Share one event feed connection between your sessions instead of opening one per agent session, or close a stream you no longer read. When the server is at its limit, wait for Retry-After seconds and reconnect.
