HTTP status403 Forbidden

What it means

Only the two people whose work an Active work match pairs can answer it. The token acts for someone else, so the answer was not recorded.

Nobody answers for someone else, an org owner included: the answers measure how often Active work is wrong, and that measure is only worth something when the people notified are the ones answering.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

  • Only the two people whose work this match pairs can answer it.

What to do

Leave the answer to one of the two people the match pairs. They answer with their own token, or in Active work. Do not retry with this token: the answer is refused for anyone else.
