Reason required

What it means

The request was malformed, or a field failed validation.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• reason is required — overrides without a reason fail audit.
• reason is required to dismiss a finding.
• reason is required.

What to do

This endpoint requires an audit reason explaining the change. Supply a short human-readable string.
