What it means

A dependency the endpoint needs could not be reached just now, or the feature is not set up on this server.

Example detail messages returned with this error:

• Could not read the event feed just now; retry with the same cursor.
• Could not check your repository access just now; try again.

What to do

Retry after a short wait. For the event feed, retry with the same cursor: nothing is lost.
