Unknown branch

What it means

Returned by GET /orgs/{org}/security/findings?branch=... when the branch is not a scanned protected release branch of your organisation. Only branches that have been scanned are accepted, and the default branch is listed without branch.

Example detail message returned with this error:

• branch is not a scanned protected release branch of this organisation (see /security/release-branches)

What to do

List the scanned branches with GET /orgs/{org}/security/release-branches and use a name from it. A branch that was just protected is scanned on its next push, or at the next weekly pass.
